For us, Johs. Stelten GmbH & Co. KG and Johs. Stelten Personal Services GmbH & Co. KG, the commercial supply of temporary workers is a useful addition to our existing service agreements. It is an important safeguard to preserve our employees’ jobs in times of fluctuating contract volumes and ever-changing customer requirements.
Our skilled workers are your skilled workers
That is why we would like to make these skilled workers available to you as well. We have thus expanded our range of services by the commercial supply of temporary workers. This means that we temporarily make our forwarding and logistics staff available to other companies via approved employee leasing.
For this purpose, both Johs. Stelten GmbH & Co. KG and Johs. Stelten Personal Services GmbH & Co. KG have obtained a permit for the commercial supply of temporary workers from the German Federal Employment Office.
This permit for the commercial supply of temporary workers now applies permanently and indefinitely, for Johs. Stelten GmbH & Co. KG since 13-Nov-2006 and for Johs. Stelten Personal Services GmbH & Co. KG since 30-Mar-2008.
Temporary workers for temporary demand
Also applicable for the supply of temporary workers is the „Leaflet for Temporary Workers”, published and continuously updated by the German Federal Employment Office.
The supply of temporary workers gives you the flexibility to respond to cyclical fluctuations and to compensate short-term staff shortages. You can be absolutely sure: you will only be supported by responsible and competent staff if you decide to use temporary workers!
In addition, Johs. Stelten Personal Services GmbH & Co. KG will cover the supply of temporary workers in other fields than logistics, in particular skilled industrial food production. Of course, these workers will also be our own employees with the competence you are used to!
