Export\u00a0is our daily job<\/span><\/h3>\n

Documents used in export include: invoices, transport papers, customs documents, and other shipping documents.<\/p>\n

The most important export document is the commercial invoice (facture commerciale), stating names, addresses, date, description of the goods concerned, but also terms of delivery and payment.<\/p>\n

The customs invoice (facture douani\u00e8re) is also important, in particular in foreign trade with Canada and the USA, as it contains the necessary data for the payment of customs duty for the goods in the importing country.<\/p>\n

Other documents that need to be mentioned are the consular invoice (facture consulaire), which mainly proves the origin of the goods, and the certificate of origin.<\/p>\n

One of the indispensable documents in maritime trade, and thus also in exportation, is the bill of lading (connaissement), which is explicitly regulated in \u00a7\u00a0642 HGB (the German Commercial Code).<\/p>\n

Unsere geschulten Mitarbeiter kennen alle erforderlichen Dokumente und deren notwendigen Inhalte. Sie beraten Sie gerne bei der Erstellung eigener und Beantragung externe Dokumente (z. Bsp. EUR 1 oder ATR.1) oder \u00fcbernehmen die Beschaffung solcher Dokumente f\u00fcr Sie.<\/span>
\nHierzu z\u00e4hlt zum Beispiel auch das obengenannte Ursprungszeugnis, dass bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Au\u00dfenwirtschaftsabteilung bei den Industrie- und Handelskammern beantragt werden muss und von diesen Institutionen gegen Geb\u00fchr bescheinigt wird. Die Beantragung erfolgt per PC und mit digitaler Signatur. Nach Pr\u00fcfung und Genehmigung durch die IHK wird das Ursprungszeugnis dann bei uns ausgedruckt.<\/span>
